Storyline: Policeman Vikram is 32 years old. The stakes are raised when a girl named Preethi mysteriously vanishes in Hyderabad, and Vikram must crack the case at all costs while also struggling with his own tragic history. Due to a personal tragedy, Vikram (Rajkummar Rao), a committed police officer on the Homicide Intervention Team, is struggling with post traumatic stress disorder. He gets panic attacks and his knees turn to jelly every time he sees a graphic crime scene. Additionally, everytime he comes into contact with fire, his agonising memories of losing a loved one recur. Vikram takes a vacation from work to travel to his hometown on the suggestion of his therapist. However, he soon learns that his sweetheart Neha has passed away (Sanya Malhotra)
