Storyline: The Covid crisis is the setting for the tale of six characters in INDIA LOCKDOWN. In India as well as other countries, Covid-19 instances start to rise in March 2020. The Indian government declares a three-week nationwide lockdown on March 24. Along with his pet dog, Bruno, Nageshwar Rao (Prakash Belawadi) lives alone in a highrise in Mumbai. In order to be with his pregnant daughter, Swati, he is prepared to travel to Hyderabad (Hrishitaa Bhatt). His plans are foiled by the shutdown because all planes are halted. When his neighbor is hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19, he becomes paranoid. Nageshwar requested his housekeeper Phoolmati (Sai Tamhankar) to stop visiting his home days before the imposition of the lockdown since the society had denied access to servants. However, he pays her two months' wages up front. But her and her chaat stall owner husband Madhav Prakash (Prateik Babbar) find it insufficient. Their financial position worsens during the lockdown. Madhav finds out that a few residents in his slum, all of whom are natives of Bihar, intend to return there on foot. Phoolmati and his two kids as well as Madhav make the decision to go with them. Mumbai red-light district prostitute Mehrunissa (Shweta Basu Prasad). Her work suffers because Covid spreads through contact. She begins to engage in phone sex and charge clients for it, following the advise of her pimp Tipu (Saanand Verma). However, things quickly turn bad for her.Last but not least, Dev (Satvik Bhatia), a student, moved in with his uncle after the latter left for Himachal. On March 25 in the former's home, he and his lover Palak (Zarin Shihab) intend to lose their virginity. The installation of the lockdown forces them to abandon their plans as well. In contrast, Palak's father is exceedingly strict and forbids her from ever leaving the house. Dev makes friends with his neighbor, pilot Moon Alves (Aahana Kumra), who develops feelings for him. The remainder of the movie is based on what occurs next.
